Ingredients
Steamed/boiled artichokes
Seasoned breadcrumbs
Parmesan cheese
Fresh garlic, chopped very fine
Fresh chopped parsley or a smaller amount of dried
Melted butter
What To Do
Mix bread crumbs, cheese, garlic, and parsley.
Add enough melted butter to slightly bind.
Spread leaves of cooked artichoke open and stuff mixture into leaves.
Bake at 350 degrees until mixture starts to turn golden brown.
Proportions of ingredients are adjusted according to number of artichokes to be stuffed. No need for salt, plenty in the cheese—pepper is too over powering for the stuffing.
