Spinach Pie

Ingredients
2 boxes frozen spinach
2 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese
24-ounces cottage cheese
6 eggs
6 tablespoons flour
6 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon Greek seasoning
hot sauce

What To Do
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.

In a large bowl mix together the spinach and cheeses. In a separate bowl whisk the eggs adding the flour and butter in three batches. Then mix it all together. Add Greek seasoning and hot sauce to taste and mix again. Put it in a 9×13 casserole dish and bake for 45-minutes until a knife comes out clean.

    Is the amount of sharp cheese correct, I made this and it seemed to have way too much cheese? Thought it may be 2 cups of cheddar cheese.

    Recipe is good, just a little too strong for my taste.

      My goodness you are correct Sandi! I’m not sure how that typo got in there, but yes, it’s two cups. And it’s now corrected!
