Ingredients
- 2 ounces apple cider vinegar
- 4 ounces extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 head romaine lettuce
Instructions
- For dressing, in a small bowl whisk together vinegar and olive oil. Add the salt and pepper, and using a garlic press, add the garlic, and whisk again.
- Heat a grill or stove top grill pan, place the lettuce on top. Cook just long enough to get nice grill marks on the lettuce, about 4 minutes per side. Cut lettuce into slices, and pour dressing over the top.
