Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped onions
- 6 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 5 small cans shrimp
- Garlic, Tabasco, salt and pepper to taste
- 18 ounces Velveeta
- Garlic powder or chopped fresh garlic to taste
- 6 small cans chopped mushrooms, drained
- 2 packages slivered almonds
- 6 packages frozen chopped broccoli
Instructions
- Saute onions til brown, add soup, shrimp, cheese, mushrooms, and almonds. Add drained tender-cooked broccoli, add seasonings, and some chopped fresh parsley.
- Put into a chafing dish if you're having a fancy party, or a crock pot if it's Monday night football. Serve with your favorite cracker, or corn chips, or use those little phyllo cups.
- This is definitely a recipe you can cut in half!!
