Tom’s Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 2 large lemons
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- jalapeno hot sause to taste (Tabasco brand)
Instructions
- Mince garlic and place in a small bowl with the juice of the lemons. Add agave nectar, and whisk in the olive oil. Add jalapeno sauce to taste, and whisk again. Allow to rest, the longer the better. Whisk well before using.
