Ingredients
- 5 ounces fresh spinach (1/2 of one those large plastic grocery containers)
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup Romano cheese
- 4 large garlic cloves
- ½ cup walnuts
- Handful of sundried tomatoes, not in oil!
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ cup olive oil
Instructions
- Process in food processor until well blended, and yes, put in small containers, you can freeze this
