Ingredients

  • 2 cups (at least) fresh fruit
  • 2 bottles pinot noir
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup cognac

Instructions

  1. Mash the fruit in the bottom of a large pitcher, one that will hold two quarts or more.  Add sugar, cognac, and wine, and stir away. Allow to chill well, preferably overnight.  Cover that container!
