Ingredients
- 2 rotisserie chickens
- 1 pound seedless red (or green) grapes
- 3 ribs celery
- 1 cup chopped nuts, walnuts or pecans (I prefer walnuts with this)
- 1 8-ounce jar chutney
- Mayonnaise to bind
Instructions
- Skin and shred the chickens.
- Halve the grapes.
- Finely dice the celery.
- Mix all the ingredients well and chill. Remember, just enough mayonnaise to bind.
