Ingredients
- 1 pound extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated by hand
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red pepper
- 1 stick butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350-degree
- Mix all ingredients by hand until smooth. Use star disc on your favorite cookie press, and press out each straw about 2 inches long on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 15 to 25 minutes until crisp and slightly brown on the bottom.
