Ingredients
- 4 Russet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425-degrees.
- Cut the potatoes into thick, round slabs, about three per potato. Place on a cookie sheet and drizzle with half the olive oil, salt and pepper. Flip the potatoes over and repeat.
- Bake for about 25-minutes, until they’re just tender and starting to crisp on the outside.
