Kitchen Sink Salad



This salad really doesn’t require a recipe. It’s one of those where you can just throw everything in the bowl but the kitchen sink. Still, I wanted to tell you what we used on the show!

Ingredients
Fresh Spinach
2 green onion
grape tomatoes
fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar

What To Do
Mix all the salad ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together oil and vinegar.

I like my spinach a little wilted, so I toss the salad a little ahead of serving and put it into the fridge. If you’re making a smaller salad just remember the oil to vinegar ratio for this dressing is 2:1.
