Ingredients:
1 wedge of brie
1 pre-made puff pastry
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup brown sugar
Granny Smith apples
What to do:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Bring brie to room temperature.
Roll out the puff pastry so it’s large enough to fold around the brie, then move to parchment covered cookie sheet.
Place brie on puff pastry.
Coarsely chop walnuts and place on top of brie.
Cover with brown sugar.
Bake until pastry is browned and brie is melted.
Slice Granny Smith Apples and use instead of crackers.
