Ingredients
Big Daddy’s Salmon
Fresh salad greens
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 lime
Creole seasoning
What To Do
Flake salmon over salad greens.
Drizzle oil, vinegar and the juice of the lime over the top. Sprinkle with Creole seasoning.
Adjust to taste and enjoy!
