Ingredients:
cucumber
red bell pepper
dried herbs
seasoned peppers and salts
cajun seasoning

thinly sliced deli meats
little tomatoes of all varieties
olives of any variety
horseradish
capers
peperoncini
mayo– homemade, fat free or olive based
fat free cream cheese or regular
What To Do:
Slice the cucumbers and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces. Top with your favorite assortment of spread, deli meat and veggies.
