You’ve heard of a spin-off before. The Jeffersons was a spin-off of All in the Family. Laverne and Shirley was a spin-off of Happy Days. Well, we might just be working on a spin-off of The Cooking Lady and this week’s episode is the test.
I invited my friend Tom from California to come cook with me. Like me he’s a home cook with no professional training just a lifetime of learning at the kitchen counter of those whose food he loves. But unlike me he’s a bit younger, he’s a HE and he’s from California. He’s fabulous! We don’t always agree on how to cook something, but we always agree we love cooking great, healthier food. Two different perspectives, sometimes we agree and sometimes we don’t. We think it’s a great show idea.
