Ingredients
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 box corn meal muffin mix
- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Combine grated zucchini, chopped onion, and muffin mix in large bowl. Add grated cheese and melted butter, mix well. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish, and bake for 30 minutes.
