Ingredients
- 1 can well drained Rotel
- 10 slices bacon, cooked, well drained, and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded 4 flavor cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 box of 2 prepared pie crusts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Open pie crusts, and using 2 1/2 inch biscuit cutter, cut rounds and place in non-stick mini muffin tin (24 per pan). Combine all other ingredients, and spoon into pie dough rounds. Bake at 350 degrees 15 to 25 minutes, depending on oven. Pie crust should be nicely browned. Makes 24 per batch, serve at room temperature or hot from the oven.
