Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 bunch green onions
1 8-ounce block cream cheese, softened
2 cans shrimp, drained
1 lemon
hot sauce
salt and pepper
What To Do
Chop the green onions, tops and bottoms. Then mix all the ingredients together, add juice of one lemon and hot sauce, salt and pepper. Mix, taste and adjust.
I like to add more than one lemon for an extra tartness.
Serves: whomever gets to it first.
