Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, cleaned and shelled, not cooked
- 1 pound of fresh crabmeat, cleaned and picked
- A few green onions, sliced, tops and bottoms
- ½ stick of butter
- 1 medium white onion, chopped
- ½ bunch fresh chopped curly leaf parsley
- 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
- 2 pints half and half
- Juice of two very large lemons
- White pepper and Creole seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Sauté the onion, green onions, and parsley in butter until soft.
- Add artichokes, half and half, and lemon juice stir for a few minutes.
- Add seafood and heat through gently and carefully, until shrimp turns a good pink. Season with white pepper and Creole seasoning to taste and serve immediately.
