Ingredients
- 3 cups packed fresh basil leaves
- ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, peeled
- 1 ½ cups shredded parmesan
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, process all ingredients until smooth. Store in airtight container in refrigerator, or freeze in small containers. I prefer walnuts over pine nuts, easier to find and less expensive.
