Ingredients
2 pound Yukon Gold potatoes
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2-4 tablespoons butter
2 tbsp sour cream
¼ bunch chopped fresh parsley
What To Do
Peel, chop and boil potatoes until fork tender. Add cheese, butter, sour cream and parsley, then salt and pepper to taste. You will use less salt, as the cheese already has plenty.
