Ingredients
- 2 cups canola oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ΒΌ teaspoon paprika
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon ancho chili powder
Instructions
- Start with about 1/3 cup of oil in a food processor then add the next 6 ingredients (through garlic). Turn on the food processor and then begin drizzling the remaining canola oil into the running processor. Stop the processor and add ancho chili powder then process another 15-seconds or so. This will last in your refrigerator for a few days and is amazing on a sandwich like the Grilled Green Tomato.
