Ingredients
1 head red cabbage
1 bunch broccoli florets (from 3 stems)
1 box grape tomatoes
4 green onions
½ purple onion (optional)
For Dressing:
2/3 cup olive oil
½ cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
What To Do
Thinly slice or shred cabbage and put in a big bowl, broccoli florets. Halve grape tomatoes and add. Chop green onions – tops and bottoms – and add. Thinly slice purple onion and add.
Mix together Dressing ingredients.
Dress slaw with dressing, will last at least a day in the fridge.
