My producer is constantly saying I need to include more recipes in a show. So when I told him I wanted to make Cream Cheese Pound Cake he said, “With what?”

After counting to 10, I told him Cream Cheese Pound Cake stands alone. But as I got to thinking about it, there are several ways to serve it. I have one friend who will slice it and toast it under the broiler for breakfast. YUM!

So I thought well, he might be right. These are my two favorite ways to serve Cream Cheese Pound Cake:
– Slice the cake, get a scoop of delicious ice cream (butter pecan is the best) and top it with my Candied Pecans
– Slice it, top if with my Pureed Fruit Topping, and make some fresh whipped cream
